He has more than 45 years of cumulative work experience. He has completed his MSC from Pune University and further completed his Masters of Public Health, M. Ph from University of California, Los Angeles, USA. He has served on major boards of the Seafood Industry including MPEDA (Marine Products Development Authority), SEAI (Seafood Exports Association of India), Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Konkan Development Corporation. He has founded R.W. Sawant & Co. and various other companies. He has also pioneered several new projects and has successfully spearheaded the group's initiatives in the real estate field. Mr. RWS has pioneered the construction activities of the group by diversifyinginto Residential, Commercial and Second Home projects.
RWS has successfully completed, appreciated & applauded by our customers / Clients over the years. He overlooks the day to day activities of the real estate company and is a key policy maker that gives direction to the group.
He has more than 20 years of full time work experience. He completed his Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University and further pursued his BBA / MBA (Bachelors & Masters of Business Administration) at Adelphi University, New York, USA. He has extensive knowledge of the construction and real estate development. He has previously worked in the seafood initiatives of the group wherein he has independently set up offshore and remote processing operations for the company. He has been included in day today activities of the construction business. He overlooks all the operations, finalizations, work schedules, liasoning, planning, financial obligations/ contracts etc. of the entire RWS group. His expertise lies in liasoning & the seafood initiatives of the RWS group & is currently the CEO of the group handling all activities
